Hello to All!!!

My name is Desirée...

I am so excited about this new project that will hopefully be able to reach many people with a message that is filled with Truth.  I have always enjoyed writing and thinking out loud...this just makes it official! So, welcome to my blog "Running Behind Truth".
Today I will leave you with the inspiration for my blogging which is found in
Matthew 5:13-16

“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

Be inspired to be different and To take a stand where it matters most. You were not made to be ashamed, hidden, cursed or broken. You were made to be light, to be salt, to bring forth life...and life in ABUNDANCE. I challenge you to see yourself for what you have been called to be-a city on a hill.
